You can only get away with this costume one day out of the year. And that day only occurs on leap year. In another dimension.
Thankfully, every day of the year you can enjoy a different Shocker euphemism with The Shocker 365 Calendar (iPhone app forthcoming). As a writer, and a guy with a 12-yr-old’s sense of humor, See the rest »
This amazing clip is from Hard Ticket To Hawaii, an 80s film I never new existed until Fang Found This posted another clip, Motorcycle vs Wall + Snake vs Bazooka (below). Anyone have the full flick copy ripped?
Robinerd created this 8-bit cover using DrPetter‘s Musagi chip-esque softsynth and sequencer (via BoingBoing). It lacks the dulcet, back-of-throat baritone of the original Trololololololololololo, but keeps the infectious smile and cheer.
I’d love a side-scroller game with this as the soundtrack. As Edward you’d wander around using your mouth’s Trolololo-lazer to happily obliterate buildings, objects, and living creatures in your path. See how many points you’d get before the song’s over. Any developers wanna take this on?
Album Tacos? I expected vinyl LPs warmed and folded like tacos. Maybe filled with shredded album covers. Something you might find at Vinyl Frontier. But instead, it’s the majestically taco-fied reinterpretations you see here.
Much like the contents of a Taco Bell taco, you shouldn’t think too hard about it.
My wife was searching the For Sale section of Craigslist and spotting this screaming deal. Here’s what it said:
“I was having a snack when this odd nut ended up in my hand. … Other nuts of this rare shape have gone for thousands more. You know you want it. Grab my nut before someone else does.
One just like this sold for $500 on Ebay a few months back.”
C’mon. A nut that looks like a dong? Priceless. See if it’s still available. (Thanks, Mel!)
I’ve always been creeped out by poodles and have only pet them reluctantly, out of guilt. I feel bad ‘cuz I’m sure they’re sweet and smart. But their ramen-like, yet semi-human, curly hair just gives me the willies. So imagine my shock and awe when I came across these photos taken by Ren Netherland. Shudder.
