Virtually, of course. The piece is &#8220;<a title=\"See Spectacular Beast on Ian's website\" href=\"http:\/\/ianhillart.com\/artwork\/869236_A_Spectacular_Beast.html\" target=\"_blank\">Spectacular Beast<\/a>&#8221; by\u00a0<strong>Ian Hill<\/strong>.
